Security: Worried about the security of your important documents? All data is scanned in accordance with the British Standard BIP 0008 and is acceptable for use in the Court of Law and with the Inland Revenue.

All Client documents are scanned at the PDS our offices, based at Tapton Park Innovation Centre in Chesterfield, Derbyshire, a location carefully chosen for security.

Access to the building is via a security barrier and the building itself operates a high level of security, with 24 hour camera surveillance and “fob key” access to all inner and outer doors.

Secure shredding of documentation is carried out either on-site at our offices or at our accredited and fully certified shredding companies premises, just a short distance away.

We are happy to accommodate either of these solutions depending on the request of our client.

Confidentiality:

Peak Document Solutions takes the confidentiality of client data very seriously. We are fully compliant with the Data Protection Act 1998.

It is a required procedure that Peak Document Solutions signs a confidentiality agreement with all of its clients.

All members of staff, employed by either Peak Document Solutions or their parent company, Linacre-Peak Ltd are required to sign a confidentiality clause contained within their contract.
